Sales Conditions, Shipping and Returns

Purchases made on www.riksdesign.com are subject to the following conditions (the "Conditions"). Clicking "I accept"  the user accepts the Conditions without reserve.

 Services offered on the web

The website allows you to buy our Artistic Decoration objects and Interior Arquitecture elements online. To access the service you need to register on the site. Only purchases made by private users will be subject to the rules applicable to consumers.

The final prices of the products that appear on the site are indicated in euros.  The prices of the products may be  changed from time to time. Shipping costs are not included.

 Choice of product and method of purchase

After registration, the User can choose the products described in the different sections by selecting them one by one and adding the desired quantities to the cart. Once the quote has been confirmed and payment has been made, the user will receive an email with the order confirmation.

Any order placed on the website www.riksdesign.com implies an express and unreserved acceptance  of these Conditions of sale.

The site sells within the European territory to European citizens and companies.   For shipments to other Countries, please contact.

There are three types of mailing for each country. The rate indicated refers to the mid-range (package with mid-range weight-to-volume ratio), The lower and upper range are calculated respectively by removing or adding a percentage of 20%

 Delivery and shipping times

Shipping and delivery will take place once  the order is completed and payment is made. Should the user  not  pay within 15 days from the date of the order, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery times will be given as an indication and without guarantee. A delay in delivery can't lead to the cancellation or rejection of the goods.

 Limitation of Liability - Product Defects

In no case www.riksdesign.com will be responsible for any damage caused by a delay in delivery due to the

shipping company.

Upon delivery, the user must carefully examine the received products.  Possible damages of the delivered goods must be immediately reported to the courier or to the email address info@riksdesign.com.

The goods must be collected after signing with a specific control reserve. Next, the user must

send a complaint to the e-mail info@riksdesign.com, enclosing photographic documentation, if necessary, within 24 hours from the date he received the goods.

riksdesign.com will do its best to take care of the complaints in the first two hours following receipt of the same,  except during weekends and public holidays.

 Right of withdrawal / return / complaints

The customer will have 24 hours from receipt of the product to claim through the above procedure,

In order to exercise his right, the customer  must send an email to info@riksdesign.com.

www.riksdesign.com will send a confirmation communication to the customer indicating how to return the product.

Once the product has been returned, www.riksdesign.com will pay the corresponding amount back to the user.

The costs of shipping the product back has to be borne by the customer.

 Force majeure

In case of force majeure that delays, prevents or renders economically unsustainable the execution of the sale, the contractual guarantees of www.riksdesign.com are suspended.

A case of force majeure is any event, of any nature, reasonably beyond the control of either party such as  fire, out of stock, strike or disruption of the  means of transport, legal or regulatory provisions that may affect the delivery of products.

The conditions of sale  do not apply to those products which, due to their particular weight, size and value, require a personalized shipment for which direct contact with the buyer is required. This feature will be duly marked next to the description.
